Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, freshly chopped
- 1-2 chillies, seeds removed, finely sliced (optional)
- 100ml fish sauce
- 100ml water
- 100ml fresh lime juice
Method
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Keep covered in a refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
