Ingredients




  • 2 210g cans red salmon, well drained, skin and bones removed, flesh flaked

  • 125g light spreadable cottage cheese & cream cheese blend

  • 2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise

  • 45g (1/4 cup) finely chopped gherkins

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh chives

  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste

  • 2 pieces lavash bread












Method





  • Step 1


    Combine the salmon, cottage cheese & cream cheese blend, mayonnaise, gherkins and chives in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.




  • Step 2


    Spread the filling evenly over each lavash bread. Starting at the shorter sides, roll each lavash bread up firmly.




  • Step 3


    Use a sharp knife to cut each roll evenly into 15 slices. Arrange on a serving plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until required.

Notes


You can make rolls to end of step 2 up to 3 hours ahead. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge.
