Ingredients




  • 95g can tuna in brine

  • 125g can corn kernels

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley

  • 1 Turkish bread roll












Method





  • Step 1


    Combine a 95g can tuna in brine, drained, flaked; a 125g can corn kernels, drained; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley. Spread over the base of a halved Turkish bread roll. Top with remaining roll. Cut in half.
