Ingredients
- 4 hash browns
- 1/3 cup (80g) Pura sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 120g smoked salmon
- Snipped fresh chives, to serve
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat a grill on medium-high. Line a baking tray with foil. Place the hash browns on the tray and cook under the grill for 5 minutes each side or until they are crisp and golden.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the sour cream and dill.
Step 3
Place a hash brown on each serving plate. Top with sour cream mixture and salmon. Scatter with snipped chives and season with salt and pepper.
