Smoked salmon and cream are always a great combo, green pesto takes this recipe to a whole other level.

Ingredients




  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 12 cocktail tartlet shells

  • 120g hot smoked salmon portion, flaked

  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto












Method





  • Step 1


    Place 1 teaspoon of sour cream in each tartlet.




  • Step 2


    Divide salmon between tartlets. Top with a dollop of pesto. Serve.
