Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 12 cocktail tartlet shells
- 120g hot smoked salmon portion, flaked
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
Method
Step 1
Place 1 teaspoon of sour cream in each tartlet.
Step 2
Divide salmon between tartlets. Top with a dollop of pesto. Serve.
