Ingredients
- 8 slices wholegrain bread
- 100g spreadable cream cheese
- 200g smoked salmon
- 1 green cucumber, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
Method
Step 1
Place the bread on a clean surface and spread evenly with cream cheese. Top half the slices with smoked salmon and layer with cucumber slices. Sandwich together with remaining bread slices.
Step 2
Use a serrated knife to remove and discard the crusts. Cut each diagonally into quarters. Place on a serving platter and serve immediately.
