Just a few simple ingredients are needed to create this healthy, lower GI pasta dish.

Ingredients




  • 1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle

  • 2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout (Springs brand), roughly flaked

  • 40g baby rocket leaves

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill tips

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Freshly ground black pepper












Method





  • Step 1


    Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Return to the pan.




  • Step 2


    Add the trout, rocket, dill, lemon juice and oil to the pasta and gently toss until combined. Season with pepper. Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
