This tasty seafood pasta can be on the dinner table in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 350g spaghettini
- 250g seafood salad flakes, shredded
- 1 cup black olives
- Juice & finely grated zest from 1 large lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced
- 80g baby rocket leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in large pan of salted, boiling water for 5 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and run under water until cold.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place seafood salad flakes, olives, lemon zest and juice, garlic, chilli, rocket and olive oil in a large serving bowl. Add pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Notes
Hint: Peeled, cooked prawns are also perfect for this salad. You can use other pasta in this recipe, but be sure to adjust the cooking time.
